Terms of Use

bvl.gg is the website of Beyond Volleyball League (BVL), a free league for a Roblox volleyball game, run by its staff. It shows teams, players, matches and stats, and lets captains sign up a team. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be 13 or older to use this site, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age. That is Discord's own minimum age, and the league runs on Discord. Signing in is for league staff. The league gives staff their access and can change or take it away, and the dashboard does not open for anyone else.

• Staff sign in with Discord. Discord's Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) apply to your Discord account, and you must follow them.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. What is done while you are signed in is on you. If you think someone else is using your sign-in, open a ticket in the BVL Discord (opens in a new tab).

• Follow the league's rules. Do not cheat, harass or threaten anyone, or give false information to the league.
• Do not break or overload the site or the bot, or try to get in where you are not allowed.
• League staff decide what counts as breaking the rules. They can remove a team or a player from the league, or ban someone. To appeal, open a ticket in the BVL Discord (opens in a new tab).

• On the team sign-up form, only give details that are true and that you may share, and only list people who are on your team. Do not post anything hateful or unlawful, or anything private about someone else.
• Staff may edit or refuse anything you send, and the league may remove it or take a team or player off the site. You let BVL keep and show what you send, as far as it is needed to run the league and as the Privacy Policy says.

• The site is free and run by the league's staff. It is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes, or that stats and results are right.
• We may change or stop any part of the site at any time. As far as the law allows, BVL and its staff are not responsible for losses from using the site.

BVL is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox, Discord or the other services named in the Privacy Policy. Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their owners. When you use them, their own terms and policies apply.

The Privacy Policy says what information we collect and how to ask us to change or remove it.

We may change these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

For questions about these terms, open a ticket in the BVL Discord (opens in a new tab) or email kols@bvl.gg.
